The lowest score you can have as a team in Cross Country is 15 points, and that is exactly what the Placer Frosh/Soph boys did at Gibson Ranch for the 1st Pioneer Valley League Race of the season.
In fact, the Frosh Soph boys team of 9 runners, took the first 8 positions at the finish. Josh Mason, and Moshe McCarter were separated by 1 second for first and second on the 2 mile course. Wong was 3rd followed by Bushong, Garcia, Hurley, Williams, and Mason. Placer runner Dillon was the final scorer in 12th place. Lincoln High was 2nd and Center was 3rd.
2012 Cross Country photos are this week. Your runner should have brought home an order/envelope for the pictures. Make sure you have chosen what you want, and return it with your Runner!
